  3. RAINFALL OUTLOOK THROUGH TONIGHT Rainfall today and tonight will average between 1 and 2 inches with locally heavier amounts possible.

  4. RAINFALL OUTLOOK TUESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT Rainfall Tuesday through Tuesday night will average between ¾ and 1 ¾ inches with locally heavier amounts possible.

  5. TOTAL RAINFALL TODAY THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT Total Rainfall for Today through Tuesday night will average between 2 and 3 inches with locally heavier amounts expected.

  6. Forecast Concerns and Specifics Flood Watch is in effect for today through Wednesday Morning… Rainfall amounts totals will average between 2 to 3 inches with locally heavier amounts over 4 inches likely, especially across southeast Tennessee and southwest North Carolina. Flooding of low lying areas and small stream flooding possible. Minor river flooding is also expected across east Tennessee, such as the S. Chickamauga Creek.
