  2. #4 Scout finds two pieces of gum in the Radley’s tree. Later in the same place Jem and Scout find two coins. We think since Boo Radley see’s the kids playing outside the house, he’s trying to get there attention.

  3. #5 • The children makes Boo Radleys story into a game because his story is mysterious & interesting. Everyday in the game it gets more complex & most likely it’s not accurate because nobody actually been into the Radley’s house.

  4. #6 Atticus wants the children to stay playing the game because he think they are making fun of the Radley’s and their life story. Scout wants to stop playing the game because she hears laughing in the Radley’s house.

  5. Theme: Creativity • Jem, Dill, and Scout are creative in making Boo Radley’s story into a game. “As the summer progressed so did our game. We polished and perfected it, added dialogue and plot until we had manufactured a small play upon which we rang changes everyday” (Lee 39).

  6. Scout • Scout is curious, tough and respectful. Scout has a lot of respect for her father Atticus and listens to what he has to say. “Atticus’s arrival was the second reason I wanted to quit the game” (Lee 41).

  7. Jem • Jem is caring, sweet, and non-thieving. Jem and Scout find 2 pennies and Jem wants to find the rightful owner. “We’ll keep ‘em till school starts, than go around and ask everybody if they’re theirs” (Lee 35).
