  2. Welcome! • This presentation will show you how to use Powerpoint(Please press the Spacebar or Page Down- PgDn)

  3. If this presentation does not fill the screen… • Click the right mouse button anywhere on the slide and click on “Full Screen”(if this doesn’t work, press the F5 key at the top of the keyboard)

  4. Keys for Powerpoint • Please press the F1 key at the top of the keyboard to see what keys you can use with powerpoint(press the spacebar to get back to this presentation) • Remember you can press the F1 key at any time to see this list again! • What keys can you use to move on to the next slide? • What keys can you press to go back to the previous slide?

  5. Using the Mouse • You can also click the left mouse button to move on to the next slide • The mouse pointer does not even have to be on the screen! • You can also click the right mouse button anywhere on the screen to get a list of options • How can you use the mouse to get back to the previous screen? • How can you use the mouse to get help? • Is it easier to use the mouse or the F1 key to get help? • Is it easier to use the mouse or the keyboard to move on?

  6. This is the End! • This presentation will play again until you press the ESC key on the top right of the keyboard!
