Celebrating Family, Passion for Children, and Love for Animals

Afton Green, my big sister, has been my rock and best friend, guiding me throughout my life. My dad inspires me with his unique perspective and encourages my independence. Becoming an aunt at six ignited my passion for working with children, especially my cherished nieces and nephews—Alex, Joel, Carter, Kaia, Silas, and Charly. My love for animals drives me to volunteer at a local shelter. I also nanny Kollyn, a 12-year-old with special needs, and I proudly support him as he competes in the Special Olympics. My family fuels my ambitions and love for learning.

  2. MY big sister, april, is my rock. shE HAS LOOKED OUT FOR ME MY WHOLE LIFE AND PAVED THE WAY FOR MY FUTURE. She is my best friend!

  3. My dad is my hero. He sees the world through such an interesting perspective, and has always encouraged me to be an independent thinker and a strong woman. He is silly and wonderful!

  4. I first became an aunt at the age of six. My nieces and nephews are what first made me realize my passion and desire to impact and work with children. I love them so much! Alex, Joel, Carter, Kaia, Silas,& Charly

  5. I love animals!!! Caring for animals is therapeutic to me- Nothing makes me happier! I spend some of my free time at second chance animal shelter.

  6. I nanny a 12 year old boy named kollyn- He has special needs. He has really given me a heart for individuals with disabilities. he competes in the special olympics throughout the year, and I love going to cheer him on! He does great every time!

  7. My family has been extremely supportive and involved in my education. I am truly grateful for their passion and commitment to learning. They push me and inspire me to be greater- they are everything!
