Pumps Systems • Our systems are identified as follows • Example: model D-CPS-HT-1000-VFD • D is for Duplex units • CPS is for Constant Pressure System • HT is Hydro-Pneumatic Tank (optional) • 1000 is for pump series • VFD is variable frequency drive (optional) All Systems will have the similar example series and model

Condensate unit systems, Series CVC Units consist of the following • Simplex S-CVC or Duplex D-CVC • Series GV6 or series 1000 pump (s) • 15, 25,35,45 70 or 120 gallons Cast receivers • Gauge glass and stop-cocks • Float switch • Dial Thermometer • Control panel with electric alternator • Voltages available 115/220/460/575 • Factory Mounted & Pre-wired & Tested • Optional Stainless steel Receiver • Optional Steel Receivers • Optional ASME code • Optional Larger Receiver

Boiler feed Units Series BFC Units consist of the following • Simplex S-BFCE or Duplex D-BFCE • Series EVMU or series 1000 pump (s) • Steel receivers 50, 70, 120, 210, 300, 500, 750, 1000, 1500, and 2000 gallons • Gauge glass and stop-cocks • Ball valve (s) and Strainer (s) • Mc Donnell Miller no 21 feed water • Stem or Dial Thermometer • Voltage available 115/220/460/575 • Factory Mounted & Pre-wired & Tested • Optional Stainless steel Receiver • Optional ASME code • Optional Larger Receiver • Optional Control panel with electric alternator • Optional Steam injector

Fuel Transfer Systems, Series FOM Units consist of the following • Simplex S-FOM or Duplex D-FOM • Series CYB rotary vane positive displacement pump (s) • Basket Strainer “P” or “Y” strainer (s) • Gauge glass and stop-cocks • Ball and check valves • Liquid filled pressure gauges • Separate Relief valve (s) • Control panel with electric alternator • Factory Mounted & Pre-wired & Tested • Steel fabricated base plate • Voltages available 115/220/460/575 • Optional other type of pumps

Glycol Fill Systems, Series GLY Units consist of the following • Simplex S-GLY or Duplex D-GLY • Series CYB rotary vane positive displacement pump (s) • Low level shut off float • Hose filling valve (HN050) • Ball and check valves • Liquid filled pressure gauge • Relief valve (s) • Surge absorber • Control panel & pressure switch • Factory Mounted & Pre-wired & Tested • Polyethylene fabricated base plate • Polyethylene 53 gal tank with cover • Voltages available 115/220/460/575 • Optional 25, 106 or 200 gallon tank • Optional Triplex or Quadruple units

Heating and Cooling Systems, (HC) Units consist of the following • Simplex S-HC or Duplex D-HC • Series 880RI pump (s) • Pumps mounted vertically • Ball , Butterfly and check valve (s) • Multi-Function Valve (shown) • Liquid filled pressure gauges • P1 usually runs continuously • Suction & Discharge Stainless Steel or steel Headers • Control panel with pressure switch (es) • Factory Mounted & Pre-wired & Tested • Steel fabricated base late • Voltage available 115/220/460/575 • Optional Triplex or Quadruple Units • Optional Pressure reducing and check valve (s)
