2. Party leader to check any medical information prior to event. Students with specific medical conditions and allergies instructed to take medication/inhalers with them. Party leader will check prior to departure. Students with food allergies/intolerances reminded to take care when eating/choosing meal items. Member of staff will help unwell student and give first aid. Professional help will be sought if necessary. School will be contacted for care instructions and safe transfer of student.
