  1. Hydraulic fluid flow through an HWH dual cylinder (Synchronized) room extension.

  2. The blue areas indicate resting fluid while the room is retracted. ROOM CYLINDER SYNCHRONIZING CYLINDER ROOM CYLINDER ROOM MANIFOLD

  3. An internal check valve prevents fluid from returning to the power unit via the pressure port. Pressure port EXTEND SOLENOID VALVE RETRACT SOLENOID VALVE ROOM MANIFOLD

  4. The needle valve of the RETRACT Solenoid Valve prevents fluid from returning to the power unit via the return port. Return port EXTEND SOLENOID VALVE RETRACT SOLENOID VALVE Room manifold

  5. One: The needle valve of the EXTEND solenoid valve opens Two things happen in the room manifold when the room control switch is pushed to EXTEND.

  6. Two: The power unit runs and pressure opens the check valve.

  7. Hydraulic fluid is free to travel the path of least resistance through the EXTEND solenoid valve.

  8. ROOM CYLINDER SYNCHRONIZING CYLINDER ROOM CYLINDER ROOM MANIFOLD

  9. As the room cylinders extend fluid is forced into the synchronizing cylinder causing it to retract. ROOM CYLINDER SYNCHRONIZING CYLINDER ROOM CYLINDER ROOM MANIFOLD

  10. This regenerative path will continue until the room control switch is released.
