  2. Professional Graduated from MSUM in 1991 with a bachelors degree in education. Thirteen years of teaching experience. Graduated from St. Thomas University in May of 2004 with a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Personal Married with two children. Faith (5) and Bryce (3). I enjoy scrapbooking, walking and spending time with my family. I grew up in Perley, MN and now reside in Moorhead. Becky Anderson

Reading • Scott Forsman Reading – Basil Series (This approach to reading involves the use of the anthologies and practice books and covers communication areas such as spelling, grammar, phonics, punctuation, and other skills. • Guided Reading – Schoolwide Groups (This approach allows children to read with other students at their same reading level. Three classrooms are divided amongst seven teachers to allow for smaller group sizes and more individual help.) Students read books which are leveled according to their difficulty.
