  4. Grading Policy • Total Points

  5. Notebook • Everyday students write down the following into their notebook: • Date • Objective(s) • Notes • Classwork • Homework • Students complete the following outside of their notebook: • Homework is written into the assignment pad • Problem of the day is completed on a worksheet

  6. Assessments • Tests • Range in points: 60 –100 points • Given at least 2 days advance notice • Quizzes • Range in points: 20 – 50 points • Given at least 1 day advance notice

  7. Other Graded Assignments • Problem of the Day • Completed most days at the beginning of class • Problem are reviewed • Used to preview or review skills • Error Analysis • Completed upon request of the teacher • Required for any assessment less than 70%
