Unite Against Illegal Logging: The IndoTREEsia Tracking System Initiative

The IndoTREEsia Tracking System aims to mobilize the Indonesian populations of Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Sumatra using ICT tools to combat illegal logging. This initiative seeks to mitigate the adverse effects of logging and natural disasters by developing a website and application. Importers will access a database containing information on local logging practices, legal reports, and citizen commentary. Our objectives are to reduce illegal logging by 10%, enhance awareness of logging's impacts by 45%, and regulate logging companies while promoting environmental responsibility.
