  3. In 2012 decided to separate from PAARS • PAIRS 2013 Cairo cancelled • PAIRS 2014 Dubai 6-8 march

  6. Challenges of IR in Arab world • Many Arab IR lives in Europe or USA • No public awareness • No IR clinics • No admitting privileges • Competition : vascular surgeon cardiologists
