  1. C&W Overview OWNERSHIP C&W is the world’s largest privately held commercial real estate services firm. In 2007, IFIL (now EXOR), the investment company of the Agnelli Family, completed the purchase of a majority stake in C&W (today totaling 76.21%), while C&W’s employees and management retain the remaining 23.79%. This transaction allows our firm to continue our plans for growth – both organically and through strategic acquisitions.
