Exploring QTL and eQTL: Pathways and Genetic Variation in Complex Trait Analysis

This study focuses on the integration of Quantitative Trait Loci (QTL) and expression quantitative trait loci (eQTL) by examining genetic variation in relation to complex traits. Through genotyping and expression data analysis, the research investigates trait gene identification within QTL studies and cross-references them with eQTL studies. Further, it delineates the implications of cis and trans effects in the genetic architecture of traits and how additional eQTL may influence disease challenges in F2 populations, enhancing our understanding of genetical genomics.
