INTRODUCTION • SDEM ERECTORS NIGERIA LIMITED • 1981: SDEM was founded in Nigeria as the installation arm of the GEC- • Alstom Group of France • 2004: 90% of SDEM was acquired by a Nigerian group with the French • retaining only 10% • 2011: SDEM became management owned through an MBO • supported by investor group • Key sectors: Power, Oil and Gas, and Industrial & Public Infrastructure • Core competence: Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection, Power Plant • Mechanical & BOP Piping Erection; Piping Network & Spools • Fabrication & installation

SDEM Yard Capacity : Average of 400tons /month - Type of Structure : Pre fabrication of Steel structures made from built up sections stanchions, beams, pipes, steel roof structures, Walkway, Bridges for Industrial complex, Facilities Shelters such as Flow stations, Gas Plants, Power Plants etc, Steel platforms including stairs, gratings, ladders, hand rails and safety cages finished to the required surface preparation and coating specifications- Piping Spools Pre-Fabrication – Carbon, Stainless and Alloy steel - Storage Tanks – Plate rolling machine 8mm thick/2.5m wide STEEL FOUNDATION

Ajaokuta Yard Main features: • The Ajaokuta yard is a first class fabrication facility built more than 25 years ago situated in a peaceful and serene environment • It is about 15,000 sq m of yard space situated on the main Ajenco road with more space for future expansion. • Over 4000 sq m (112m x 36m x 10m high) covered 4 -bay fabrication shed with 5 ton overhead cranes in each bay. • Main equipment include lathes, milling machines, threading machines, welding plants, oxy and plasma cutting table, shearing machine, plate rolling machine, hydraulic press, blasting and painting equipment.
