  5. Session tools • When you a start a new project, start a new session.

  6. Protein and Nucleic acid tools • Allows you to select and download nucleic acid or protein sequences into the workbench for comparative analysis, such as alignment of sequences among different species.

  7. Alignment tools • Ndjinn-Multiple database search is used for searching as many databases as you wish (databases: http://bioquest.org/bioinformatics/module/tutorials/How3.2/databases.html)
