Registration for next year

Online registration for all Juniors begins Monday, March 8th at 3:00 PM and will run through Friday, March 12th. Use Internet Explorer for PCs and Mozilla Firefox for Macs. Log in using a specific format with your last name followed by the first three letters of your first name. Password requirements include eight characters with both letters and numbers. After three failed login attempts, you must contact the Counseling Office to unlock your account. Ensure you have a completed schedule for Day 1 and Day 2 classes before registering.

  2. On-Line Registration for all JUNIORS will beginMONDAY, March 8th at 3:00 pmthrough Friday, March 12th

  4. Login and Password Instructions:

  5. The login must be 11 characters long (All CAPS) Last Name First Numbers First 5 letters First 3 let. 0 0 ? SAMPLE for John Smith

  6. First 5 letters First 3 let. 0 0 ? Car James Lu J Simpkins Brent Smith John (Two John Smith’s)

  7. Password: 8 characters (numbers and letters)

  8. After 3 failed attempts you cannot log in You will need to call the Counseling Office to get it “unlocked”

  9. Your name Click here Once you log in click on “Courses for 2010-2011”

  10. Students have 4 options to search for a class: By Period By Course By Subject By Teacher

  11. Students can also search by period: • 0 Before school classes (Jazz band and Distance Learning • First period on day 1 or on day 2 • Second period on day 1 or day 2 • Third period on day 1 or day 2 • Forth period on day 1 or day 2 • After school classes (Work Release, Internships, Distance Learning)

  13. Selecting a class for 1st period (Day 1) Select both semester S1 and S2 for a full year class

  14. Click on “Selected Classes” to view your schedule

  18. Adding Spanish 1 Day 1 Full year

  19. Adding a course by Subject (CTE)

  20. The courses are alphabetized rather than day 1 at the top and day 2 at the bottom

  23. Make sure you click on both semesters to drop a full year class

  25. As you do your searches make sure that you click on the “Contains” button

  30. Pleasant Grove High School Skyward Registration Form 2010-2011 Semester OneSemester Two You will have more success if you fill out this form prior to going on-line. Make sure you use the resources you received (i.e. master schedule, graduation requirements, bubble sheet). You must have a completed schedule which includes both a Day 1 and Day 2 course for each period 1 through 4. Remember when choosing full year courses, you must have both semesters and the same teacher. NAME_________________________________________________________________________________
