Annual Supply of Billet Ends: S235 and S355 Quality Steel Products
We offer an annual quantity of up to 6-8,000 tons of new, black material billet ends and bar crops, including flat bars, square bars, round bars, and angle bars. Our materials are homogeneous with two distinct qualities: 60% S235 and 40% S355. S235 features low carbon and manganese content, derived from a blast furnace process. S355 has a slightly higher manganese concentration. Dimensions vary from lengths of 10 to 100 cm, widths of 5 to 20 cm, and thicknesses of 8 mm to 200 mm. For more information, visit www.hjhansen.dk.

All homogenius material, according to below 2 different qualities of Billets: 60% S235 (=st. 37): C: 0,10%-0,14%, Mn: 0,45%-0,55%, Si: 0,15%-0,25%, P: <0,030%, S: <0,030%, Cr+Cu+Ni<0,10% This quality comes from blast furnace, whereas Cr, Cu og Ni is very low! 40% S355 (=st. 52): C: 0,12%-0,15%, Mn: 1,25%-1,35%, Si: 0,15%-0,25%, P: <0,030%, S: <0,030%, Cr: <0,15%, Cu: <0,35%, Ni: <0,15%, Al: 0,020%-0,045%, V: 0,025%-0,035% Dimensions, mainly as below: Lenghts: 10 cm. – 100 cm.
