  3. CLASS ROOM RULES • Students are to bring all required materials and supplies to class each day. • Students are to be in their seats, quiet, and ready to work • Students are to raise their hand to be recognized before speaking. • No pushing. • Do your Own work.

  4. CLASS ROOM RULES cont.. • Respect other personal properties. • Students are to remain in their seats unless given permission to get up. • Students should not eat, drink, or chew gum in the classroom.

  5. Disciplinary Procedures • 1st offence- Warning • 2nd offence- Deduction of House marks • 3rd offence- Parents Notification. • 4th offence- Referral to the office This procedure may be altered according to the severity

  6. Incentives • Praise • Parent contact • Nomination for student of the month award

  7. Pencil Sharpening and Trash Pencil Sharpening Trash Trash will be thrown away when your are dismissed from class. Keep it at your desk until you are dismissed. Pick up all paper around your desk before leaving the room. • Students are to sharpen pencils before starting any written work. • If your lead breaks during class and if your have no other writing utensil, move to trash bin without making noise.

  9. Being Prepared and Writing Utensils Bring required Time Table books each day, copies, pencils ,and required stationery.

  10. Entering and Exiting Class Entering Class Existing Class Students are not allowed to move until the bell rings. Do not pack books to exit class until instructed to do so by the teacher. • After entering the room, students may not leave without permission. • Students may not leave books and materials outside the classroom for any reason

  11. Play Ground Rules • no throwing. • Stay inside your area. • Have fun.

  12. Computer Lab Rules • DON’T FORGET TO BRING BOOKS. • MOVE IN A STRAIGHT LINE. • DON’T DAMAGE ANYTHING IN ICT LAB. • AVOID MAKING NOISE. • SAVE YOUR WORK OFTEN. • PUSH YOUR CHAIR IN BEFORE LEAVING.

  13. LIBRARY PRIVELAGE • ..Students will respect others and school property.  • ¨ Students will speak in a quite voice while in the library media center. •  ¨ Students will sit while in the library media center and not stand in groups and talk.

  14. LIBRARY PRIVELAGE • ¨ Students are encouraged to return library materials on time.  • ¨ Books that have been irreparable damaged or lost will be paid for by the student. • Late submission will be charged rs.5/ day.
