HOW TO ADD A USER ACCOUNT ON A MAC BOOK AIR. Step 1-Logging In. Log in, the Preset username and password is the first initial of your first name and then your last name. NO CAPS and NO SPACES. STEP 2- SYSTEM PREFERANCES. Go to the TOP LEFT of the whole screen click on the apple icon.

Step 1-Logging In • Log in, the Preset username and password is the first initial of your first name and then your last name. NO CAPS and NO SPACES.
STEP 2- SYSTEM PREFERANCES • Go to the TOP LEFT of the whole screen click on the apple icon. • Click on SYSTEM PREFERENCES. • Click on USERS AND GROUPS .
STEP 3- Creating account • On the Bottom Left of the Window you see a LOCK ICON click on it. Then type the Preset Username and Password in. (See step 1) • Click the + icon
STEP 3-Creating account • Next to NEWACCOUNT click on Standard And then select ADMINISTRATOR. • next to Full Name type in your name. • Next Type In a AccountName next to where it says Account name. • Next to where it says Password Type in a Password • Next to Verify type the same thing you typed in next to password. WARNING! THE ACCOUNT YOU JUST MADE DOES NOT WORK ON ANY OTHER DEVICE BESIDES THIS MACBOOK.
