Colorectal Cancer Response: 5-FU Treated Parental and Resistant Cell Lines Analysis

This study examines the differences in response to 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) treatment between parental and 5-FU-resistant colorectal cancer cell lines. Utilizing Affymetrix Plus 2.0 microarray technology, we analyze gene expression changes at 0 and 24 hours post-treatment. The insights gained from this research aim to enhance understanding of resistance mechanisms in colorectal cancer, potentially guiding more effective therapeutic strategies for resistant tumors.
