Goal 2: Inventory Existing Infrastructure • Inventory NoaNet Community Anchor Institutions sites • County, libraries, medical facilities and schools • Inventory telecom providers to identify current and planned services • Surveys developed • Interviews occurring in March-April • Countywide mapping March-June • Report due June 30, 2014
Goal 2: Library Inventory • Developed survey/process • Survey reviewed by WA State Library staff • Interviews in March – Davenport, Harrington, Odessa Reardan, Sprague* and Wilbur *Did not receive NoaNet fiber – working to identify other broadband options
Goal 2: County Inventory • Developed survey/process • Interview scheduled with Brad on March 4th
Goal 2: Medical Inventory • Developed survey/process • Interviews planned this spring with: • Lincoln Hospital • Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center • Odessa Rural Clinic • North Basin Medical Clinics
Goal 2: School Inventory • Need to finalize list of schools that have NoaNet fiber • Harrington • Davenport • Others? • Data gathering this spring
Goal 2: Telecom Provider Inventory • Developed survey/process • Interviews and requests for infrastructure information as well as LC PUD partnership opportunities – ongoing
Goal 3: Assessments • Business assessment report submitted • Community assessment • March 20 superintendents’ meeting • Options are superintendents, teachers and/or IT staff interviews
Goal 4: PUD Middle Mile Provider • Completed interviews and submitted draft report • Ongoing – final report will include assessment of information gathered in Goals 1-4 • Final report due June 30, 2014
