2. AGE LIMIT • Pre- Year 1, Pre- Year 2, Pre- Year 3, Class I, Class II, Class III, Class IV, Class V, Class VI, Class VII, VIII, Class IX, Class X • ADMISSIONS PROCESS • Parents desire to admit their child should first register him/her for an admission test by filling-out the Admission Form at the school office and deposit Challan Fee at the designated bank branch. • STUDENT TRANSFER FACILITY • APPLE Group of Schools offer inter-regional and inter-city transfer facility to its students. A student is eligible to apply for inter-city transfer facility • MIGRATION & WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE • In case of voluntarily withdrawal of a student from the school, a one-month prior notice in writing is required by the school or alternatively a one-month fee must be paid to the school in lieu of the notice.

3. Admissions Process • Registration Fee is non-refundable, charged one-time, at the time of registration. • Registration does not confirm or guarantee admission, in any form or way. • The School reserves the right to accept or reject any registration entailing no reason. • After the completion of the Registration process, the date for the Admission Test and interview shall be • corresponded to the Student/Parents /Guardian. • The School executes the oral and written Admission Tests upon submission of registration and Callahan • forms and schedules an interview. • The School conducts Admission Test in accordance with each academic level. Every prospective student is • required to pass the written / oral test. Teachers assigned with the assessment task by the School Head assess • each test per a provided scheme. • Admission Test includes subjects of English, Urdu, Math's and General Knowledge (Oral) for KG and I classes, and, for II to • VII classes English, Urdu, Math's and Science. • Admission Test contains only one paper for each class with the inclusion of questions from all subjects along • adequate answering space. • Each paper will carry 100 marks with equal weight-age for every subject. • The Admission test / Interview results are notified after thorough evaluation, • within two days articulating as “Admitted” or “Not Admitted.” • Admission is confirmed upon payment of, a non-refundable admission fee, a refundable security • deposit, and two months’ tuition fee. • Admission is contingent upon providing of following documents: • Original birth certificate with photocopy • Two passport size photographs • School Leaving Certificate

4. STUDENT TRANSFER FACILITY • APPLE Group of Schools offer inter-regional and inter-city transfer facility to its students. A student is eligible to apply for inter-city transfer facility; • When the student has completed twelve months or one academic year at the branch from which the student is seeking transfer. • The student has cleared all dues in the branch. There should no gap between the date of withdrawal from one branch and the date of admission to another branch.

Marketing & Business Development Department We make sure that our process for each franchise is complete academics, administration, marketing, legal Agreements, site selection, communications with and between franchisees and technology related operations. Our marketing department is helping in building revenue, profits and market share in Apple. It creates and manages budgets concerning advertising functions, provides promotional content for campaigns, ads and assists in market surveys and research. IT Department The information technology department performs a number of duties to ensure that employees have full access to the computer systems, programming, website updates and technical support. It creates and maintains the company’s website and responsible for the intranet, an internal network and franchisees’ login. The I.T makes sure that the network is operating properly and that all franchisees are able to communicate effectively.

7. Accounts & Finance Department Our finance and audit department assists in gaining cost effective accounting and financial management services to the head office and associated franchisees. Systematic budgets, financial reports, management information, and forecasting are provided on quarterly basis. It evaluates monthly management accounts and ensures compliance to applicable statutes, regulations and national financial reporting standards.
