Interoperability Testing Status Update

This status update provides an overview of the current progress in interoperability testing, including the completion of path validation tests and the ongoing work on the Stringprep draft to resolve name comparison issues. A preliminary list of open issues has been compiled, and a small design team has been selected to propose resolutions. All open issues must be submitted by November 19, 2005, with the goal of a -00 draft by Christmas. No new issues will be accepted during the WG Last Call in January 2005.
