  4. A proposal • Commitment to facilitate 4 meetings in 2011/12 • Creates space to think about key development issues • You choose what areas of personalisation to work on, and how • Workshops, training, case studies etc. • ESCC and RCHA working together

  5. Personalised services - 8 areas: • Leadership and Strategy • Creating a person-centred culture • Community focus • Support planning and review • Finance • Human resources • Marketing • Reviewing and improving practice
