Overview V2.0 SP2 has default setting to aviod problem 1&2 Problem • Problems: • Simotion CPU goes to Stop • frequent encoder error or TO-error • Invert-ready signal comes and goes • PLC-control does not work • Too long time for axis switchover • Trolley’s reaction is too slow • Project doesn’t work after copy and paste • Axis switchover takes too long time
Problem 1: CPU goes to stop Solution: ‘Task configuration’ in ‘execution system’ should NOT be set at ‘error reaction with program error’ with CPU in Stop but ExcutionFaultTask If the reason is task overflow, then ‘Task configuration’ in ‘execution system’ can be set at ‘number of level overflows in the loop clock’ max. 5 Solution Task-Configuration Setting
