  9. School Grades Elementary and Middle Schools (excluding charter schools) Goal: All schools earning ‘C” or higher.

  10. Escambia Academic Team – Division I State Champs State Champions 6 out of the last 12 years, The only team to ever repeat as champion.

  11. Reading K – 2Goal = 90% 2011 data KG AP1 = 39% AP3 = 79%Grade 1 AP1 = 58% AP3 = 55% Grade 2 AP1 = 53% AP3 = 62%

  22. Living the vision is NOT a straight path. • Budget cuts • Unfunded mandates (Class size, Digital literacy, Computerized testing, New standards, School Reform)

  24. Living the VISION is for their future, NOT our past.
