The NOVA Woodbridge Campus Adjunct Faculty Council (AFC) was established in 2008 to represent the adjunct faculty's needs and opinions. Comprising eight dedicated members, including Norman Meres as Chair, the AFC interacts with various departments and oversees initiatives like the Adjunct Conference and professional development surveys. Recent activities involve strategic planning updates and continuous dialogue with HR. The AFC seeks active participation from adjuncts to enhance the community and promote shared goals, encouraging members to volunteer and engage.
