Accepting the Challenge Lessons Learnt • You must have good leadership and support from your Client. • You cannot choose you contractors and their staff too carefully. • You must have a comprehensive and relevant SMS. • Commitment and focus. • Use the workforce to help the workforce • Planning and risk assessments. • Inspections and SBO's are powerful tools.
