  2. Keep everything organized with your 3-Ring Binder, Math Notebook, and Time Tracker!

  3. How should I use my 3-Ring Binder?

  4. 3-Ring Binder Start by creating sections in your binder for each of your classes. Use dividers or tabs.

  5. 3-Ring Binder Make a tab for each of your classes: • Math • Science • Language Arts • Social Studies • Elective PE will use a separate binder or notebook.

  6. 3-Ring Binder When you receive handouts in Math class, place these papers in the “Math” section of your binder.

  7. 3-Ring Binder Be sure to use the rings of your binder. Papers should not “float” in your binder. Papers should not “float” in your binder or backpack. Do not put papers in the pockets.

  14. Math Notebook Use a spiral notebook that has at least 70 pages of paper and also has 3-ring holes.

  15. Math Notebook • You will use this daily in class to • strengthen and keep track of your • learning. • It will contain all notes and class work in one convenient spot. • It will help you to become more • organized and able to easily find your • math work and notes.

  16. Math Notebook IMPORTANT: Bring your notebook to class every day (keep it in or near your binder). No doodling that does not relate to math notes. Be careful not to lose it!
