  2. Endtime Bible Studies are a cooperative effort between Endtime Ministries and local churches/individuals implementing the use of the “Understanding the Endtime” and “Endtime University” DVD Series as a primary outreach tool. It is designed to promote total church participation. We encourage the use of these tools and concepts as you complete the Soul Winning Cycle.

  3. Implementing the Soul Winning Cycle… Step 1: Recruit Them (Bible Study Students) A Bible study does not occur unless you have someone to teach. Whether it is a single family member, neighborhood chat or church-wide, an awareness of the Bible study has to be created and an invitation must be extended. The following ideas have proved to be very successful for Endtime Bible study teachers over the years:

  4. Place an ad before and after “End of the Age” TV program on your local station (For more information on commercial creation and placement email Kara at kmcpeak@endtime.com. Special mailing (snail mail) Host Endtime Prophecy Conference Lay Endtime Magazines in Laundromats, doctor’s offices, hospitals etc. Word of mouth (i.e. ask a neighbor, co-worker or family member etc.) Hang flyers and door hangers etc… Mail to your church’s database

  5. Step 2: Teach Them No matter what denomination your students are, prophecy will build their faith in God’s Word. When you can prove to an individual, using current events, that prophecies written 2000 – 2500 years ago are coming to pass in intricate detail, it develops a belief in God’s Word like nothing else. In John 14:29, Jesus said, “And now I have told you before it come to pass that, when it come to pass, ye might believe.” That is why step 2 of the Soul Winning Cycle is to view the “Understanding the Endtime” DVD Series. This is how you do it:

  6. Show the “Understanding the Endtime” 1-14 - DVD Series (1 per week) • A typical Bible study should be conducted as follows: • 6:45 – Hand out outlines and quizzes • 7:00 – Opening remarks about that night’s lesson • 7:03 – Prayer • 7:05 – Show DVD • 8:05 – Quiz with answers • 8:15 – Go over a couple current articles that validate the lesson • 8:20 – Q & A pertaining to that night’s lesson • 8:25 – Dismiss

  7. Step 3: Conversion The last lesson of the “Understanding the Endtime” course deals with the Kingdom of God. At this point, we usually make the statement, “I have prepared you mentally and physically for the times just ahead, now let’s make sure you are prepared spiritually.” By this time, most will believe that the Bible is the Word of God and that what you are telling them is true. That is why the next step on the Soul Winning Cycle is the “Salvation Package” DVD Series. During this phase of the cycle, you should expect them to view the lessons and obey Acts 2:38! Proceed as follows:

  8. A. Show Endtime’s “Salvation Package” 4 - DVD Series (Mirror Step 2). Be sure to show these lessons in the correct order. B. Have a baptism sign-up sheet available after the Born Again lesson (Lesson 3) C. Facilitate a baptismal service D. The key to soul retention is to realize that every new convert is a baby and must be treated as such! Note: The churches that have been most successful with this system will repeat steps 1, 2 and 3, while another teacher takes the student on through steps 4 and 5. Feel free to adapt this system to fit your particular situation.

  9. Step 4: Establish Them Now that they are converted, you must answer all of their questions. Why am I here? What really happened when Adam & Eve sinned? Why was Abraham so important? What is the difference between the Old and New Testaments? They have to be established in God’s Word. Therefore, once they are converted, you must teach them about the Bible. That is why the next step is for them to view the “Understanding the Bible” DVD Series. It will begin their educational process and set them on the road to becoming a mature disciple of Jesus Christ. Proceed all the way through the 6 semesters of “Endtime University” in order to complete the discipleship of your student. The fourth step of the Soul Winning Cycle should be conducted as follows:

  10. A. After the “Salvation Package”, immediately begin the first semester of “Endtime University” – “Understanding the Bible” 18 - DVD Series (Mirror Step 2). B. After their conversion is when your new convert is most vulnerable to an attack from the enemy. They will begin to lose existing friends and will need to develop new ones ASAP! Assign no less than three couples to each new convert that will begin a daily fellowship program (i.e. prayer partner, texting, emailing, dinner, sit with them in church etc.). Make sure this mentoring process continues until the new convert is established in church. C. After completing “Understanding the Bible” continue on to the “Keys to Spiritual Growth”, “Life & Teachings of Jesus Christ” Parts 1, 2 and 3 and then “Satan Defeated, Sonship Restored” DVD Series (Mirror Step 2).

  11. Step 5: Involve Them It is absolutely critical that while you are taking your students through the DVD Series, they are involved in church functions. One must never forget that they are in a transition stage from the world into the church. Keep them working with other new converts in different stages of the Soul Winning Cycle. Teaching them to disciple others will help them on their journey as well. Ask them to help with projects around the church such as men’s work days, bake sales, church dinners, Saturday outreach, prayer services etc. That is why the final step to the Soul Winning Cycle is to involve them! Proceed as follows:

  12. A. Even while they are making their way through “Endtime University”, the new convert may be ready to start his/her own Bible study using “Understanding the Endtime.” Help them to facilitate that. B. They also can become involved in mentoring new people that are just starting into the Bible study program. C. Make sure to involve the entire church in this step. Some individuals just cannot coordinate a Bible study, but they can be very instrumental in winning a soul by befriending someone and caring for them. D. Always remember, “Involve them, keep them! Isolate them, lose them!”

  13. Why? Several reasons: 1. Many churches do not lack the ability to get folks baptized. However, most pastors will tell you that we are sorely lacking in the retention rate of those new converts. This “Soul Winning Cycle” helps pastors close that loop. 2. All Christians should be involved in winning souls. This “Soul Winning Cycle” will motivate entire church participation. 3. It’s time! These lessons prove conclusively that we are living in the endtimes. Doesn’t the Bible say that the Gospel of the Kingdom will be preached to the whole Earth and then the end will come? If not now, when?

  14. When can you do it? Although one can teach an Endtime study almost anywhere at any time, most studies are set on off-church nights at a convenient time for the students. Usually 7:00pm is a good start time. That way you can still get your students home at a decent hour. Where can you do it? The UTE, Salvation Pkg. and ETU DVD Series can literally be viewed anywhere. Not only are they available on DVD for televisions, computers and projectors, but the Bible study teacher can now download the lessons on an iPhone, iPad etc. The options are endless!

  15. How can you do it? There are 3 very important elements that are needed for the success of this cycle. First, always follow the cycle as it is given. Each lesson is a stepping stone to the next step. Secondly, if conducted properly, church growth is automatic with this soul winning cycle…so, never stop the cycle! Once you stop, people lose vision and the motivation to win souls deteriorates. This “Soul Winning Cycle” should be conducted on an ongoing basis until the Second Coming of Jesus Christ! Finally, and most importantly, this cycle will require 100% church member participation! You will have so many souls saved that the Bible study teacher will not be able to tend to all of them. Make sure that there are people on standby who will love, care for and befriend each and every new convert. They will literally need to become a daily part of that new converts life. Without this, the entire system fails!

  16. And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine andfellowship, and in breaking of bread,and in prayers... And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.”
