  2. What is Physical Education? • the instruction in development and care of the body ranging from simple calisthenic exercise to a course of study providing training in hygiene, gymnastics, and the performance and management of athletic games (Merriam-Webster).

  3. Why is Physical Education Important? • The rise of health-related problems due to the lack of exercise. • Teach the younger generations on how to live a healthy and active lifestyle. • It prevents health-related risks later on. • Develops muscle growth and fitness.

  4. Health-Related problems from lack of fitness. • Obesity • Diabetes • Cardio-vascular Disease • High-Blood Pressure • Depression

  5. Ways to avoid future health-related problems • Start exercising on a regular basis. • Take work-outs at a moderate intensity to be effective. • Make goals to reach and record your progress. • Start a diet and avoid eating foods with high sugar and fats. • Moderations is the key.

Conclusion • Physical education is an important subject that should be taught to everyone. • Knowing the risks that come with the lack of exercise should be taught to avoid the increasing obesity rate that is affecting the United States. • Teaching ways to eliminate future health-risks should be practiced and taught in physical education.
