This study focuses on assembling toxin receptor fusion complexes to determine if they bind and undergo dimerization. Expression is tested using various promoters such as R0040 and B0030. Fluorescein dimer binding to scFV and cells is also investigated. The actuator ctx and GFP J07011 are utilized to study fluorescein binding signals. The functional aspects of the fusion complex expression and dimerization are analyzed.
