Ayurveda- Nutritional Medicine As we cannot massage our inner body there are some expertise required which aids in cleansing our tissues, organs, and mind. This is the art of Ayurveda.  Ayurveda is a medical system; it offers pure and real solutions to our health problems to protect our health. Ayurvedic Nutrition or proper diet has always been an effective solution for everyone. Ayurveda sets a protocol to assess what type of food is recommended for an individual both in healthy and diseased conditions; this helps to improve the physical health as well as the mental and emotional wellbeing. This not only tells you about good nutrition but also gives guidelines about cooking it in a proper way. “Doshas” are the three energies of ayurveda that comprises of vata,pitta and kapha. Each person is an exclusive makeup of these doshas, and that composition is called one’s prakruti.
