  1. Ayurveda Ayurveda is one of the traditional medicinal practices of India and at the same time the oldest system that is related to Health Care in the entire world. It is a system of curative as well as preventative medicine. Its roots date back to up to 10,000 years. Ayurveda is based on the fact that each person is different, because of which every person's way to gain optimal health is also different. Some experts say that “Ayurveda is the path that will lead you to the answer of your quest about what is best for you". Ayurveda helps the people to determine what kind of colors, food, sounds, aromas and touch will be helpful to create a sense of balance and harmony between the mind and the body. When your mind is in harmony with your body, the normal physiology will get restored and the healing process takes place. According to Ayurveda, the physiology is defined by the three forces called the doshas”, which are: pitta, vata and kapha. Vata is responsible for governing the physiology of all the motion in the body. Pitta has to govern the physiology of the metabolism that takes place in the body. Kapha is supposed to govern the physiology of the structure. Every person has these doshas. The balance between the three doshas during the time of conception one's constitution or we can say "prakruti". When this balance gets disturbed because of the improper habit of an individual, it is known as "vikruti". The basic aim of Ayurveda is to reinstate the proper balance between all the three physiological forces. To ensure that your body system is balanced, Ayurveda training is provided in Melbourne wellness centers today. It helps you gain an understanding about this practice.
