  2. Survey Background • Created to address the “Student Satisfaction” metric on the UNTHSC Strategy Map • Developed by the Student Affairs Action Committee • Based on student assessment relative to their level of expectation (Exceeded, Met, or Below Expectations)

  3. Survey Topic Areas • Institutional Facilities and Services • Academics • Student Services and Programs • Student Health Clinic • Student Counseling Service • Services Provided by Academic Programs • Founders’ Activity Center

  4. Survey Administration • Online survey administered March 17 – April 14, 2008 • 365 students participated

  5. Survey Respondents by Program * The totals for Participants and Enrolled is less than the sum of the individual programs due to dual-degree students.
