Why do muscle aches after doing a work out at Gym?

It’s normal to experience muscle pain after exercising if it’s been a while since you were active or performed a certain movement. This type of pain – called delayed onset muscle soreness or DOMS – generally develops several hours later and exacerbates over the next few days. Don’t be afraid of DOMS. Also, massage is an important thing that relaxed your muscles from any pain. You can consider it as a best pain-relieving therapy. Soma Institute, share their knowledge in this Presentation about muscle tension and massage, which can be beneficial to suitable audience.
