  1. Method: • Cut any stoned fruit in half • Remove the stones peel any fruit that needs peeling • Cut the fruit into even pieces • Put your fruit into a cool pan and turn onto a medium heat • Add the sugar add the 3tsp to rhubarb, 2tsp to any other fruit, add more if it needs it • Add 2tbs of water and cook on medium heat with the lid. Once the fruit has softened remove lid and let liquid reduce • Crumble: • Preheat oven to 180/350/gas 4 place your fruit into an oven proof dish or ramikins • Combine the cold butter with flour and sugar • Make crumble mixture by rubbing it together with your fingers • Once mixture resembles bread- crumbs sprinkle it over your bowl of fruit bake it in the hot oven for 15/20 min or until the fruit is bubbling up at the sides • Serve with custard or ice cream Ingredients: Sugar 2 tsb of water 750g of fruit like apple 225g of flour 110g of butter 75g of light brown sugar Rhubarb Apple crumble
