Challenge program • The Challenge program is intended for the renewal of BP’s professional workforce from which future business and functional leaders may emerge. • The program intent is to develop individuals to fully functional individual contributors in their disciplines. • Generally, the individual would rotate jobs every 12 –18 months and would have 2 –3 different jobs, predominantly within discipline. • Duration in the program would normally be around 3 years but could be longer or shorter. • Limited international assignments available for top performers
