The Jobs Business Rule and other shared Business Rules should be in place before creating Opportunities in Recruiting. There is information sharing between Recruiting, UltiPro, and Onboarding. The Project Console is used to activate Recruiting or upgrade from Recruitment Resources are available in the Learning Center, within each Phase of the Project Console, and on the Help page within Recruiting.

Each Recruiting role type enables single sign-on and provides access to UltiPro and to specific features within Recruiting.

  47. Key Concepts The Opportunity Lifecycle consists of Create, Approve, Post, Apply, Review, Hire, and Close, which is optional. The Recruiting Main Menu includes Dashboard, People, Opportunities, Reports, Question Library, Settings, and New Features. In addition, links to Help, Languages, and Sign Out appear on the upper right of the interface. The EEOC, OFCCP, and Company Settings are delivered reports available within Recruiting. Business Intelligence reporting for Talent Acquisition is available using Cognos Analytics.
