This report summarizes the findings from the analysis of oddities in the x-distribution at TOF0, addressing previously identified issues related to lumps and bumps, which have been resolved. However, persistent problems concerning dispersion in both horizontal and vertical planes were observed. The analysis also explores the relationship between x at TOF0 and TOF1, further complicating the narrative. Detailed plots and statistical data provide insights into normalized distributions and mean positions, illustrating the complexities within the experiment.

Step 1 Analysis:The Story So Far V. Blackmore
Summary • Previously: • Oddities in the x-distribution at TOF0 (lumps and bumps) Problem fixed. • Was also something odd happening w.r.t. dispersion in the horizontal and vertical planes Problem persists (?) • What do we mean by ‘dispersion’? Also looked at the relationship between x at TOF0 and x at TOF1. Again, ‘the plot thickens.’ • Very little interference in these plots from reconstruction technique. Just the positions as measured by the TOFs!
