With a huge production line the Engineering Industry has to offer, Stalwart International is a leading manufacturer of Shell and Tube heat exchangers in India. Providing two different types of Heat Exchangers, for Multipurpose Industrial use, stalwart’s Shell and tube heat exchangers are very compact, capable of handling high pressure and can be used in systems with higher operating temperatures and pressures. Adding note these heat exchangers are used for the transfer of heat in industrial process applications. They are available in a variety of diameters and lengths. Manufactured using the most advanced technology available and specifically engineered for a wide range of applications. Post Design, Manufacture and testing, a quality check is carried out to note the requirements of the ASME code. These equipment are used in high-pressure applications generating pressures greater than 30 bar and temperatures greater than 260 °C.

This reduces the heat transfer area for the same process duty by almost 40 to 50% which in turn reduces overall capital investment. Corrugated tube heat exchangers are highly futuristic providing, different flow patterns inside the tubes, increased turbulence inside the tubes. Carrying successful plant installations in the USA, Germany, Egypt, Turkey, Ethopia, Saudi Arabia, Iran, UAE, India, Bangladesh, and Thailand.   5. CORRUGATED TUBE HEAT EXCHANGERS MANUFACTURER Corrugated Tubes are made by indenting a helical pattern along the length of the tube. CTHEs basically increase the turbulence along the periphery of the tube surface thus reducing the boundary layer. Reduction in the boundary layer reduces the wall resistance and thus gives a higher heat transfer coefficient. CTHEs operate at the same Reynolds number but at a higher Nusselt number due to the increase in side coefficient.
