RELEVANCE Cerebral aneurysm affects 3-5% of the adult population More than 60% die from aneurysm rupture (stroke) The chances of aneurysm rupture depends on many factors: the patient's lifestyle, the stress-related properties of the patient’s blood vessel walls, the geometric features of the aneurysm, the specific features of the patient’s cardiovascular system, and so on. 2

  3. FLOW-DIVERTER The medical product used in the complex shape cerebral aneurysms treatment. Complex shapemeans spindle-shaped aneurysms, wide-neck aneurysms, etc. The correct selection of the flow-diverter is hampered without using the stress-related propertiesof the patient’s blood vessel wall 3
