  1. Allra augu á árekstragíg Þar kemur upplausn HiRISE til skjalanna: Myndavélar okkar sýndu enn fínni smáatriði á svæðinu. Í ljós kom að stærri nýi gígurinn virtist örlítið ósamhverfur og mældist 49 sinnum 44 metrar að þvermáli. Hann er því stærsti nýi gígurinn sem MRO hefur fundið á Mars hingað til. Á myndum bæði HiRISE og Context Camera sést einnig fjöldi nýrra, lítilla skriðufalla á svæðinu. uahirise.org/is/ESP_036059_1835
