Christian Hartmann (AT), dr. Lena Tsipouri (GR) and dr. Jadranka Švarc (HR)

  4. QualityAssurance Procedure 5 stepsforeachdeliverable: • Submissionofdeliverable to QA procedure • Assessmentofdeliverableandproducingpeerreview report • Revisionofdeliverable • Verificationofchanges • Finalization,publishingandsubmissionofdeliverable to EC

  5. Submission to QA • WP leaderis responsibleforsubmitionofdeliverable1monthbeforetheendofpredefinedmonthin DoW • Communication toQA taskleader MIZS andprojectCoordinatoroffice@danube-inco.net in CC

  6. Assessment and peer review report • INTERNAL QA: QA leader (MIZS) assessesthedeliverableandproducepeerreviewreport • EXTERNAL QA: Some identifieddeliverables are assessedbyexternalexpertsresponsiblefor QA. Expertsproducepeerreviewreport • QA experts are sendingpeerreviewreport to MIZS (davor.kozmus@gov.si) and ZSI (office@danube-inco.net) within 14 days • Peer reviewreport is sentby MIZS to authorsand WP leader

  7. Revision • Authors revise the deliverable in 10 days • WP leader is sending deliverable to MIZS and ZSI for QA. Verification • QA leader (MIZS) and external experts (where applicable) verify implementation of corrections and changes of the deliverable in 5 days • If accepted it is recommended that revised deliverable is published

  8. Next activities due for QA • Contracting of external experts, virtual meeting • D7.5 Communication Plan, due in month 3, ZSI • D1.3 Quality Assurance Plan, due in month 3, MIZS • Concept note D5.4, Outline of process for labelling of projects, due in month 3, UNS • Concept note D3.7 Database on stakeholders tackling selected societal challenges, due in month 6, CEI • Concept note D5.8 Concept for Danube Technology Transfer Centers, due in month 6, SIG • Concept note D2.9 Mapping of relevant stakeholders, due in month 8, RCISD • … -> and other tasks as well!
