Neighbourhood Management • Recognition that complex issues need a multi agency response • Partners Local delivery and Service Planning completely different • Need a pragmatic solution to local needs assessment, problem solving and service delivery • ‘Virtual’ teams - a combination of locality based and city wide representatives • Action Plans including task groups • Monitored through IPB • Inform Business Intelligence • Makes ‘Service Change’ requests - Service Redesign

  14. Key Issues How do we ensure that Local Community Intelligence is fed into Business Intelligence? How do we arrange Third Sector involvement at all levels? How do we enable pilot approaches to problem solving, involving Third Sector delivery? We need to resource interventions and services that deliver outcomes to reduce inequalities (and stop recovering those that don’t) Long term commitment - Long term change process
