REALITIES OF THE MARKET IN BC AND LOWER 48 • Entry to the Market is the AK-BC Intertie + Interconnection with BCTC Transmission • Market opportunities include: • Sale to BC Hydro • Sale to PowerEx, marketing arm of BC Hydro for resale to Lower 48 • Sale to mining interests in NW BC to firm up run-of-river projects • Sale to utilities in Pacific Northwest & California
