Effects of Etomoxir on Cumulus-Oocyte Complexes During In Vitro Maturation

This study examines the impact of Etomoxir at a concentration of 150 µM on the maturation of cumulus-oocyte complexes (COCs) after 18 hours in vitro maturation (IVM). The results, illustrated in Figure S2, compare the developmental potential of the treated groups against a control group also subjected to 18 hours of IVM. The findings provide insights into the role of metabolic modulators in oocyte maturation processes, highlighting the significance of fatty acid oxidation in reproductive biology.
