Develop A List of Effective Practices

This guide outlines a structured approach to identify and enhance high-performing teaching practices within a collaborative framework. It emphasizes the co-observation of selected teachers by Distributed Leadership Teams (DLT) and Building Leadership Teams (BLT), focusing on specific actions of both teachers and students. A draft list of effective instructional practices will be developed both individually and collectively, organized within a recognized instructional framework, like Gagne's, to create a comprehensive resource for continuous improvement in education.
