Develop A List of Effective Practices

This initiative focuses on enhancing teaching effectiveness by identifying high-performing teachers and promoting co-observation among educational leaders. The Dynamic Leadership Team (DLT) and Building Leadership Team (BLT) will partner to observe three selected high-performing teachers and their students in action. Specific instructional practices will be detailed, and participants will collaboratively draft a comprehensive list of high-quality instructional strategies. This list will then be organized into a structured framework to facilitate ongoing refinement and communication across teams, fostering an environment of continuous improvement in teaching practices.
