ESF 8 – Health & Medical • Current Issues • Special Needs Shelters(SpNS): • No SpNS shelters are open at this time • South Florida Shelters on standby. • Statewide Capacity: 126 SpNSs, Capacity of 33,266 • Lower Keys Health Care Facility Evacuation: • C-130 arrived today to begin evacuation of appropriately 30 patients from the Lower Keys Medical Center patients to Alabama. • Utilized Multiple Agencies to Draft Phased ESF8 Resource Evacuation for Monroe County • Pre-staged 7 Regional Emergency Response Advisors (RERAs) pending impact • Working with Federal Partners to roster and / or pre-stage Federal Assets e.g. DMATS, Medical Strike Teams federal medical contingency supplies, etc • Pre-staging water purification tablets in Orlando and Miami

ESF 12 – Energy • Current Issues - Fuels • 9 major petroleum companies and 82 retail stations reporting • Bulk - 243.3 million gallons, mg, available now, 85.9 mg available in 3 days and 195.0 mg available in 9 days. • Retail locations reporting having plenty of fuel • Pinellas, Pasco, Orange, Miami-Dade counties and I-4, I-95, I-75, and US-1 corridors and FL Turnpike have plenty of fuel. • Retail locations reporting having fuel, but some were low • Hillsborough county – 75% have plenty and 25% were low. • Retail locations reporting having fuel but some were low and some were out • Palm Beach and Broward Counties – 76% have plenty, 12% were low and 12% were out. • Collier county - 50% have plenty, 30% were low and 12% were out. • Lee county - 38% have plenty, 24% were low and 38% were out.

  36. ESF 12 – Energy • Current Issues - Electric • FPL reports that 6,500 out of state personnel have been alerted and will mobilize in the state in the near future. Governor’s declaration contains the language necessary for expedient entry of these crews into state. • Municipal utilities have activated their mutual aid agreements and the Florida municipality electric utilities stand ready to respond. • Coops have activated their mutual aid agreements with the southern states regions and their out of state crews are on standby ready to mobilize. ESF 13 – Military Support • Current Issues • Currently 38 Soldiers or Airmen on duty • FRAGO 1 published yesterday • Potential EMAC requirements were identified and reported to NGB yesterday. • JFHQ-FL JOC increased to Level 1 activation on 20 0630ROCT05. • MACOMs and Task Forces established planning cells yesterday. • Unmet Needs • None at this time

ESF 13 – Military Support • Future Operations • Mobilization of forces on standby in order to conduct security, SAR and humanitarian operations. • 1 RECON Team will forward deploy to Homestead and 3 RECON Teams will forward deploy to Wauchula today. • Activation and deployment of SERT LNOs to the following counties: Collier, Hendry, Palm Beach, Monroe, Broward and Dade Counties. • Plan Air and Sea Bridge Operations for re-supply of islands cutoff by the storm. • AVIATION: • 8 x UH-60, 3 x OH-58, 1 x CH-47, 1 x C-12, 1 x C-23 • 1 x C-130 & 1 x C-26 available • Identify through EMAC an additional 6 UH-60s and 6 CH-47s for a primary mission of aerial distribution. • 15 UH-60s, 12 CH-47s, 4 C130s have been identified to NGB as potential EMAC requirements in response to WILMA Up Next – ESF 14
